Gasagundo stretching from north to south includes Daesodongdo, Jujido, Yangdukdo, Gongdo(Hyoldo), Gasabaeksa, Jedo, Dagongdo, Jeopwoodo, Buksongdo, Buldo, and Gwangdaedo (Sajado). ¦ Seongnamgundo includes Oebyeongdo, Naebyeongdo, Okdo, Yugeumdo, Jukdo, Soseongnamdo, Baekyado. ¦ Sangjogundo ¦ Geochagundo(Byeongpungdo) ¦ Gwanmaegundo - This is the center of the representative sceneries of Jodo's 6 Gundos (4.3㎢ of land area, 38 degrees 13 minutes north latitude; 126 degrees 4 minutes east longitude). Gwanmaedo has the silver magnolia which is Natural Monument No. 212 and produces sea food and fresh fish such as sea bass and striped beakperch - Scenery 1: Gwanmaedo Beach. It has fine sand and clean water the beach includes the pine forest and looks like an Oriental painting. - Scenery 2: Bangasom(Namgeunbawi) has a legend about it that a fairy pounded rice with a mortar. The tall phallic rock on the top has a legend about it that women who are barren can have babies if they pray hard enough before it. - Scenery 3: Dolmyo and Ggongdol; Two princes in heaven were playing with some pebbles that the Great Jade Emperor treasured and accidentally dropped them to the earth. The emperor commanded some strong men to bring the pebbles back, but the strong men were fascinated with the sound of Geomungo and forgot their task. So the emperor commanded two envoys to do the job. However, the two envoys were also fascinated with the sound of Geomungo. The emperor became mad and buried them in a stone tomb. - Scenery 4: Halmijungderangee Cave; An old goblin appeared on rainy days at the beach. Candles go out on their own in the cave because of lower oxygen levels and a strange sound comes from within it. So no one can go inside and there is no way to check the depth of the cave. - Scenery 5: Haneuldari; This is 3 to 4 m wide and has fantastic scenery around it. There is a legend that fairies rested here after milling grain. - Scenery 6: Seodeulbagul Waterfall; Fairies took a bath and ate rice here. In July, people cook rice and massage their backs with the water of the waterfall to cure skin diseases. Water from the waterfall falls over salt water at high tide and over pebbles at low tide. - Scenery 7: Dariyeo; You can reach this place 4 or 5 times a month during low tide and it is full of sea food such as seaweed. - Scenery 8: Haneuldam(Byorakbawi) In Gwanmaedo, a ritual was performed here yearly on a young man to be chief mourner. The chief mourner was prohibited from meeting any virgin one year before and after the ceremony. When the chief mourner met the girl he loved when he was not supposed to, the sky darkened and a lightening bolt cut one side of the island. So this has been called Haneuldam or Byeorakbawi. The man and the woman died and became Gurungbawi of Dariyeo. ¦ Hajogundo; This gundo has Dokgeodo and Seuldo and is famous for Sinjeon Beach and Hajodo Lighthouse.
